You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they need—they just know something doesn’t feel right. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more grounded and supported.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been going through, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I primarily work with women who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences. This can include things like parenting stress, postpartum changes, identity shifts, chronic illness, hormonal shifts or long-standing emotional patterns.
Couples and Families are on a case by case basis.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy. This means we explore how your past experiences and relationships may be shaping your present. I also integrate EMDR and nervous system–informed techniques to help you not only understand your experiences, but feel more regulated and supported in your day-to-day life.
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come in for short-term support during a specific life transition, while others choose longer-term work to explore deeper patterns and healing. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and what feels most helpful for you.
I only offer virtual sessions throughout the state of California (LMFT #123096), South Carolina (#8395) and Utah (#14285633-3902) at this time.
Yes, I accept insurance for California and Utah only. I contract with outside groups to be able to accept this insurance.
I do not accept insurance in South Carolina at this time.
Getting started is simple. You can reach out through my contact form or schedule a consultation. This gives us a chance to briefly connect, answer any questions you may have, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
